Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds:

We do not offer refund for our products. Please read the description of the item carefully and note product sizes. Please also understand that color may slightly vary from actual.

Exchange:

We provide exchange only in case of damaged product during shipping. The customer has to notify us within 24 hours of receiving products and get the approval for exchange. In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to Kavita Jewels.  The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us.

In case the product is out of stock, customer can purchase any other product of same or higher cost, and difference amount is to be paid by the customer.

We do not offer exchange on international orders.

How to Exchange:-

• Please email us at info@kavitajewels.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8630734563 with a proof of opening video, photograph of the product and the package.
• Once we approve the return, ship the item, as you received to us at the address provided by us.
• Please provide proof of postage and a tracking number so you can follow along with the return, and we can confirm that it has been delivered to us.
• Once we receive the package, we will update you with further details on exchange of the product.  

Note: WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN COURIER PICK UP FACILITY.
